Touré Roberts is a globally sought-after voice who stands at the intersection of faith, leadership, and innovation. Best known as the founder of ONE—one of the most influential and forward-thinking faith communities in the world—Touré has spent decades helping leaders and organizations discover purpose, unlock potential, and accelerate impact. He also serves as co-leader of The Potter’s House Dallas, a global mega-ministry, succeeding the iconic leader T.D. Jakes.

Before founding ONE, and leading the Potter’s House, Touré spent over 11 years in the tech industry with a background in business and marketing. An entrepreneur at heart, he launched his first company serving the tech sector in 1998 and has since built and led multiple ventures across industries. His empowering voice on faith, leadership, and entrepreneurship has resonated on some of the world’s most prestigious stages and platforms.

Touré is a bestselling author whose four books—Purpose Awakening, Wholeness, Balance, and the forthcoming KNOWING—help individuals grow in clarity, well-being, and purpose-driven leadership. His work has resonated across faith, business, and media environments, where his voice is valued for its honesty, depth, and practical insight.

His creative work spans consulting, writing, and co-executive producing a sitcom pilot acquired by a leading TV network. He also plays a vital role supporting his wife, Sarah Jakes Roberts, in the ongoing growth of Woman Evolve, lending his strengths in business development, partnership strategy, and organizational structure. Through One House, the multimedia collective he founded, Touré collaborates with artists and innovators to amplify stories that inspire, empower, and bring meaningful impact to audiences globally.
